1. The terms used

 

The terms used in this Agreement shall be defined as follows:

1 ‘Elite’ - JSC Elit Electronics’, address: Tbilisi, Kavtaradze N3, identification number 202268928, e-mail e-mail info@ee.ge Tel: *4848, 032 2 48 48 48; Registered in accordance with the law and web. Page www.ee.ge owner.

2 ‘Elite website’ means the website owned by Elit Electronics JSC, the web address of which is https://ee.ge/ with all sub pages thereof;

3 "Online Shop" refers to the online shop owned by Elit Electronics JSC, whose electronic address is provided in the second paragraph.

4 "goods", "product", "products" – goods listed for sale on the Elite website.

5 "Internet browser" - an HTTP client, which is a software application that allows its user to retrieve information from documents and other media written in hypertext markup language and available on web servers or file systems;

6 "Cookies" are electronic identifiers used by Elite to provide technological means of utilizing certain services to users without authorization on the website of the Elit Electronics online shop; The vendor website usually contains information on how to disable cookies in your Internet browser, but doing so will prevent you from using the above-mentioned features that make your interaction with us more convenient, so we recommend that you always enable this function when you visit the Elit Electronics website.

7 "Visitor" refers to a user who entered the Elite website through electronic communication without authorization.

8 "Authorization" - a function of the right of special access to information resources on the Elite website, related to computer and information security and other rights and privileges, gives a person the right to use the online shop to create his/her own profile on the Elite website, enter, review, correct, add new ones;

9 "User's page" - a subpage on the website of the Online Store, which is created by the user as a result of registration and which reflects the information entered in the user's profile, as well as orders placed by the user and other necessary information related to the user;

10 "Passing Authorization" - granting a person a default right upon authorization by writing the virtual user name and key in the appropriate box on the Elite website and requesting authorization;

11 "Registration" - the completion of a particular procedure on the Elite website via an Internet browser, which involves the formation of a virtual user name and virtual key and allows the person to be authorized on the online shop's website.

12 "Personal Information" - information which is defined as - "personal data" by the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Personal Data";

13 "Profile" - information filled in by the user during registration.

14 "User Information" refers to electronic and other information, as well as personal information collected by Elit Electronics JSC concerning users and visitors to the Elite website;

15 "User" means a person who has registered on the Elite website;

16 "virtual key" - a combination of characters that a person sets when registering on the Elit Electronics website to access his/her user page and to protect it from access by others;

17 “e- -mail address" is a virtual human name that a person uses when registering on the Elit Electronics website in order to identify him/her as an Elite user;

18 "Spam" - a message containing direct or indirect advertising; a link to a malicious website; profane or offensive language; Content or generated text not related to the Elite website.

19 A "virus" is malicious software;

20 "Factory packaging" - the packaging with which the manufacturer sells the product.

21 "Elite packaging" means the packaging in which the person who placed the order will receive the goods from JSC Elit Electronics, with the exception of the Shipping company envelope (or other packaging intended for the shipment of products), if the packaging has a designated place or means for opening it without damage, damaged packaging is considered to be packaging that has been torn, cut or otherwise damaged;

22 "Appearance of the goods" - the visual and physical appearance of the goods when the goods are released by the manufacturer and when the goods are appealing to the customer;

23 "Transport Company" - a company that ships to the User the products ordered by the User on the Elite website;

 

2. Means of electronic communication

When you place an order on our website or send us a message, there is electronic communication between the company and you, so JSC Elit Electronics will respond to your question or enquiry electronically (except where otherwise required by law) or by writing to your email address and/or by publishing the information (response) in the relevant section. By writing to the email, and/or posting the information (response) in the appropriate section. Therefore, by entering into a co-operation with us, you agree that the contact information you have provided is correct and that the electronic communication between the Company and you has the force of a written document and both parties are authorized to use it as official correspondence between the parties.

 

3. Copyright

The design of the Elite e-shop, as well as any products, texts, melodies, images, icons, logos, products downloaded electronically are the property of Elit Electronics JSC or manufacturers/suppliers of these products and are protected by copyrights of Georgian and international law.

 

 4. User page

If you use Elite' online shop and have registered on the website, you will be given a virtual key to access your website; you are responsible for protecting this key from being distributed to third parties.

 

5. Underage buyer

JSC Elit Electronics does not sell items to children; in the event of minors, orders must be placed by adults.

JSC Elit Electronics retains the right to cancel any order without prior authorization.

 

6. Browse, comment, chat and other content

 

Users and visitors may post comments, review products, share experiences, ideas, questions, or other information with each other as long as such action is not prohibited by law, is derogatory, offensive, abusive, reveals the personal information or intellectual property of another, or if it does not unfairly harm a third party and does not contain a virus, political campaign, advertisement, or any other form of "spam". The User has no right to use another person's e-mail address (or other) and act on behalf of another person, and Elite Ltd. has the right (but not the obligation) in case the User fails to comply with any of the above rules to prevent such actions (To delete the information published by the user in violation of the rules, cancel the user's electronic key, etc.)

The author of the information published on the Elite website is responsible for compliance with the law. By publishing the information, the person authorizes JSC Elit Electronics to use the stated information at its discretion. Furthermore, the author of this information shall be liable for any damage caused by such publication to a third party.

 

7. Risk of loss or damage of the product

 

When ordering appliances through JSC Elit Electronics' online shop, the provider of shipping service is JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) or Wolt. On the other hand, JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) and Wolt, operate exclusively in Georgia to supply the products of JSC Elit Electronics.

 To avoid misunderstandings in the case of shipping by JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) or Wolt, the customer has the right to refuse a shipment delivered with damaged packing from the carrier and to notify JSC Elit Electronics of this fact via the following  e-mail: INFO@EE.GE or contact the information desk at: 032 2 48 48 48.

We urge our customers to carefully check the packaging of the shipment before signing the corresponding documentation of the shipping agent. In the event of damage to the packaging of the shipment, the customer has the right not to accept the shipment from the shipping company or to open the shipment together with the shipping agent before handing it over to ensure its intactness and the accuracy of delivered model and its quantity, and only then to sign the document on delivery of the shipment.

If you receive damaged goods in undamaged packaging or if you receive an incorrect order, please take a photo of the item received indicating the damage and/or error and write to us about this fact to the following  Email: INFO@EE.GE

 In addition, please be advised that Elite is liable for any damages.

 

8. Return of goods and Refunds

 

Apart from the exceptions established by the Georgian legislation and this policy, the user has the right to cancel the remote contract and/or the off site contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reasons. This period shall be calculated:

(a) in the case of a contract for the provision of services, from the date of conclusion of the contract;

b) in the case of a purchase agreement, from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer or a third party (other than the carrier) nominated by the customer;

c) in the case of ordering the goods in multiple batches by the customer  - after the final goods have been taken into possession by the customer or by a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by the customer;

d) in case of a contract for regular (certain periodicity) delivery of the goods - from the moment of the first taking possession of the goods by the customer or a third party specified by the customer (other than the carrier).

 

If the customer cancels the contract, he is not obliged to pay any costs (including delivery costs), unless the customer has chosen a more expensive delivery service than the standard delivery service offered by JSC Elit Electronics or the price of the goods has been reduced as a result of such advantages that are not related to the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The customer will not be obliged to reimburse the difference resulting from a reduction in the price of the goods if JSC Elit Electronics has not provided it with full information about the right to withdraw from the contract under this Act.

 

Rejection of the remote contract by the user automatically results in his/her withdrawal from the related contract and restoration of the original state.

 

The User is obliged to send a completed form or other clear evidence reflecting the User's decision to return the goods to JSC Elit Electronics within the above-mentioned period.  The consumer bears the burden of proving the right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period.

JSC Elit Electronics is entitled to receive the above form electronically. Information about the submission of the above form will be provided to the user immediately in a durable form.

 

 The User may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract within the time limit set out above, if the User has given notice of withdrawal to JSC Elit Electronics  before the expiry of the said time limit. The burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with this Article shall be on the customer.

 

If JSC Elit Electronics fails to inform the customer of the right to return goods or services provided for in this Act, said goods or services may be returned within 12 months after the expiry of the period stipulated in paragraph one of this Article.

 

If JSC Elit Electronics has provided the customer with information on the right of withdrawal from the contract within 12 months from the date of the first paragraph of this article, the 7-day period for returning the product or service will be counted from the date of receipt of the said information.

 

The customer shall not be entitled to withdraw from the contract if:

 

a) JSC "Elit Electronics" fully provided the services stipulated in the contract, it started providing the service with the prior consent of the customer and the customer knew that in case of full acceptance of the service, he would lose the right to withdraw from the contract;

b) the contract stipulates that the price of the delivered goods or provided services depends on changes in the financial market, which JSC Elit Electronics cannot control and which occurred within the period established by this Law for exercising the right to refuse to fulfill the contract;

(c) The goods or services supplied are customized or clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs;

d) the goods supplied are perishable or have a short shelf life;

e) He/she was delivered hermetically sealed goods, the sealing of which was broken after delivery and therefore the goods cannot be returned due to compliance with hygiene standards;

(f) the goods delivered were inseparably connected with other goods at the time of delivery, depending on their characteristics;

(g) In accordance with the terms of the contract, the customer has requested the merchant to provide emergency repair/maintenance services. This limitation does not apply to additional services provided as part of this visit beyond the services mentioned;

h) a sealed audio or video recording or software was delivered and its seal was broken after delivery;

(i) The contract is executed as a result of a public auction;

j) a contract has been executed for the transfer of non-residential immovable property, transportation of goods, rental of a vehicle, catering or recreational services, and the specified date or term of execution of the contract is specified therein;

l) the digital content was delivered to him by an unreliable carrier, the performance of the contract began with the prior consent of the user, and the user knew that he would thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract;

 

As a result of withdrawal, the obligations assumed by the parties under a remote contract or a contract executed outside the field are canceled and what the parties received in its execution is returned to them.

 

In case of withdrawal from the contract JSC Elit Electronics is obliged to:

 

(a) The amount paid to the customer and, as well as, the amount paid as compensation for the cost of delivery, if any, must be refunded in full, without delay, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the notice of termination. JSC Elit Electronics is not obliged to refund to the buyer the amount paid as compensation for additional costs associated with the buyer's choice of a non-standard or more expensive delivery service than the delivery service offered by JSC Elit Electronics;

b) reimburse the amount using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless the customer agrees to use a different means of payment and no additional costs are incurred.

3. In the event of termination of the sales contract, JSC Elit Electronics has the right to refuse refunds until the goods have been returned or the document confirming shipment of the goods from the buyer has been received, whichever comes first, unless the seller himself has assumed responsibility for the return of the goods.

 

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the user is obliged to:

 

a) return the goods to JSC Elit Electronics or to a third party specified by it immediately after sending the notice of withdrawal from the contract, but not later than 7 calendar days, unless JSC Elit Electronics itself has undertaken to accept the return of the goods;

b) to pay only direct (immediate) costs related to the return of the goods, unless JSC Elit Electronics itself has assumed the payment of these costs or has not informed the buyer that these costs will be incurred if the goods are returned. In case of an offsite contract, when the goods are delivered to the buyer's home, JSC Elit Electronics is obliged to take the goods back at its own expense, if due to the nature of the goods this is not possible. send them by post.

 

9. Cost of products

 

The prices listed on our website include the cost of products and all taxes required by Georgia law. If an error in the price of an item worsens the terms of purchase for the customer,  In such a case we will work with you to reach an agreement and fulfill your order only with your consent, if no agreement is reached, your order will be canceled.

After selecting the desired items, by clicking the payment button, the amount will be debited from your card automatically.

 

10. Limited liability

 

By using the JSC Elit Electronics online store, you agree to the terms of use of the site. JSC Elit Electronics is not responsible for orders and transactions made from unofficial pages. The only official website of JSC Elit Electronics is www.ee.ge.

 

 11. Regulatory law

 

By using the JSC Elit Electronics online store, you agree that any dispute that may arise between you and JSC Elit Electronics shall be governed by the applicable laws of Georgia.

 

12. Official address to JSC Elit Electronics.

 

Official addresses and letters of JSC Elit Electronics will be considered delivered if they are delivered by insured mail to the following address: Georgia, Tbilisi, P. Kavtaradze #3, office of JSC Elit Electronics.

 

13. Personal Data

 

JSC Elit Electronics in the course of its activities is obliged to protect user's personal data in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, including the legislation on personal data protection.

Below is information about what personal information we process and use for the successful operation of the online store and for providing you with an efficient service:

The information we collect helps us to continually improve and simplify our services. Below are the types of information we use:

 

Information you provide to us - We collect and store any information you provide to us in the online store or otherwise. You may refuse to provide us with certain information, but if you do so, you may not be able to take advantage of the benefits for which the information is required, for example, if we do not know your address, we will not be able to calculate the cost of delivery until the order has been placed and the address information has been provided.

Automatically Submitted Information - We store and use information automatically provided by your Internet browser, such as cookies.

In the case of mobile devices - when you use the JSC Elit Electronics mobile application (if available), we may receive and use information about your location and the unique number of your device (EMEI, MAC address, etc.). We may use this information to provide you with services appropriate to your location.

Email - To facilitate electronic communication, we often receive a confirmation that you have received and read our email.

Information from other sources - We may also receive information about you from other sources and add that information to information about you. For example, if you use Facebook authentication, we may automatically collect information about you publicly provided by Facebook.

 

14. Communicating the required minimum information to the third party providing the service

 

In order to operate on a third-party vendor and provide impeccable customer service, Elite utilizes the banking and courier services of other companies. In this case Elite provides the necessary personal information (name, surname, address of the consignment recipient, personal number, bank account number, unique order code, order date) to a third party and/or persons.

 

Business Development - Our company is a constantly evolving company, so we may initiate new business activities, in which case we may use the information we have about you for our new business interests.

With your authorization - if we intend to transfer information about you to a third party (except as noted above), we will notify you in writing and only after receiving your confirmation will we transfer the information to the third party.

 

15. Sharing information with a third party with the user's authorization

 

Sharing such personal data with a third party, which is not provided for by this contract and the law, may only be done with the written consent of an individual data subject.

 

16. User's responsibility to protect their personal information

 

You are responsible for access by others to your computer and your code. Always use the "logout" function when leaving your computer unattended.

 

17. User access to their own data

 

You have access to substantially all of the information about yourself on the Elite website and all of the information you personally entered when you registered with Elite. The user has the ability to modify, correct, add, delete or cancel information provided by him/her on the Elite website at any time.

 

18. Terms of Use, Notices and Modifications

 

Our business and applicable laws in Georgia are constantly changing, so our standard terms and conditions are subject to change and registered users will be notified immediately via the website and  email.

And unregistered persons are asked to periodically check the rules of use of our online store.

 

19. Term of validity of the contract and procedure for amendments

 

This agreement is valid when a person uses the site of "Elite", as well as in the settlement of legal relations arising in the process of using the online store.

If the part of this contract governing the sale of products supplied by Elite is changed, the rule established by this contract at the time of the legal relationship for the purchase of a particular product will be valid until the end of this legal relationship.

Amendments made to other parts of this agreement shall enter into force on the next day after their publication on the "Elite" site.

 

20. Terms of delivery and shipping

 

JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) informs you that our company sells only throughout Georgia and the goods presented on our website (www.ee.ge) can be purchased only with Georgian bank card.

It should be noted that JSC Elit Electronics (ID  202268928) does not sell products and does not carry out transportation to customers outside the country.

In case of purchasing goods on the website of JSC Elit Electronics (ID  202268928), the user has two options: Pick up the product yourself or use the delivery service.

JSC Elit Electronics (ID  202268928) is obliged to deliver the goods to the customer without delay, but not later than 5 working days after the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract and the customer is informed and agrees to it.

If JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) fails to fulfill its obligation within the term specified in the first paragraph of this Article, the User shall be entitled to set a reasonable additional term for the fulfillment of the obligation by JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928). Upon expiry of the additional term, in case of non-fulfillment of the obligation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand compensation of losses in accordance with the procedure established by the civil legislation of Georgia.

The determination of an additional term is not necessary if it is clear that it will have no effect or if the customer has linked the performance of the contract to the timely receipt of the goods. If the goods are not delivered to the customer due to their unavailability, Elit Electronics CJSC (ID  202268928) is obliged to inform the customer immediately.

Elite CJSC (ID 202268928) undertakes to deliver the goods to the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract.

The goods shall be deemed to comply with the terms of the contract if they correspond to the description provided to the customer by JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) and have the same properties as the sample of the goods provided to the customer by JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928 ).

In the absence of a description provided to the user by JSC Elit Electronics (ID  202268928), the goods shall be deemed to be goods in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract if they are suitable for the purposes of which the customer has notified JSC Elit Electronics (ID  202268928) at the time the contract was concluded and to which JSC Elit Electronics (ID  202268928) has agreed.

If the user does not inform Elite UAB (ID  202268928) about the purpose for which he wants to use the goods, the goods shall be deemed to be goods according to the terms of the contract if they are suitable for the purpose for which they are normally used.

If the purpose of ordinary use of the goods cannot be ascertained, the goods shall be deemed to be goods conforming to the terms of the contract if they have the characteristics of goods of the type and function in the same way as goods of the type, as well as what the consumer could reasonably expect based on the nature of the goods and public statements made to them JSC Elit Electronics (ID  202268928) by the manufacturer, its representative or other person responsible for placing them on the market, including through advertising and/or labeling.

For the purposes of this Article, goods shall not be considered defective if, at the time of contracting, the consumer knew or should have known that the goods were defective, or the defect in the goods was caused by material supplied by the consumer.

Seller shall not be liable for public announcement of goods or services if it proves that:

(a) He did not and could not have had knowledge of the allegation;

(b) The information in this statement has been changed before the contract was entered into;

c) This statement cannot affect the user's purchase of goods or services.

If you receive damaged goods in undamaged packaging or if you receive an incorrect order, please take a photo of the item received indicating the damage and/or error and write to us about this fact to the following e-mail: INFO@EE.GE.

Standard delivery time is 1-5 working days. The delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances and you will be notified by the operator. The price of delivery is determined depending on the volume of purchase, for purchases over 50 GEL the delivery is free of charge, for purchases up to 50 GEL the delivery cost is 5 GEL.

In addition to standard delivery in Tbilisi and Batumi, express delivery service is available for some goods, which is chargeable at 5 GEL. In the case of express delivery, all items purchased before 4:00 pm will be delivered to the address by the end of the day, and items purchased after 4:00 pm will be delivered the morning of the following day.

After the completion of the sale, the Elit-Service call center contacts the customer and agrees on the time of delivery. If the goods cannot be delivered to the address at the agreed time due to the customer's fault, this process starts again, call center contacts the customer, delivery time is agreed and delivery is executed. Please note that there is a charge for the repeated delivery to the address:

Please note that  self-collection of TVs 50 inches or larger from the branch or warehouse by the customers themselves  is not allowed.

If your order in our system has a status of ‘delivered’ but you have not received the shipment, please email us immediately at the following email address:  INFO@EE.GE and after identifying the problem, the company will take care of any misunderstandings/fault in a timely .

 

Fast delivery

 

JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID  202268928) offers its regular customers a fast delivery service.

This service can be used for a selected assortment of goods presented on our site - mobile phones, laptops, small household appliances or various digital accessories.

Fast delivery service is available only in Tbilisi and Batumi. New functionality  (Please note that the service only applies to selected items)

In case of selecting the fast delivery service, customers will be able to receive the desired item within 4 hours after ordering. Orders made after 16:00 will be delivered to your address the next day, within the first 4 working hours.

The cost of fast delivery service is 5 GEL, this amount will be automatically added to the price of the goods after selecting the delivery terms.

 

In the event of self-collection.

 

You can collect the goods purchased from the online store of Elite JSC (ID  202268928) from the branch of your choice.

To use the service, follow the instructions:

Notes:

*Specification of personal address is also required in case of self-collection from the store

* TVs 50 inches or larger may not be self-collected from the branch or warehouse.

It is important to pay attention to the approximate self-collected date of the order, which is indicated both in the list of stores and at the stage of order review.

If the store you specify has the item you ordered in stock and your order is confirmed before 6pm, you will be able to collect it the same day. In all other cases, kindly be guided by the listed deadlines.

Once you place your order and receive an email confirmation, you can then proceed to the branch for  self-collection. When visiting the store, you must present your order code and ID.

Please note that if the identity of the customer and the person accepting the goods do not match, you must inform us in advance and enter the details of the person who will be collecting the goods.

 

21. Installation conditions


JSC "Elit Electronics" offers installation services to customers, although with certain limitations. In particular, Elite only performs installation on the following equipment and only for the following fee:

A defect resulting from improper installation of the goods by JSC "Elit Electronics" or under its responsibility shall be equated to non-compliance ("fault") with the conditions stipulated in the contract for delivery of the goods, if the installation of the goods was part of the contract. This rule also applies to goods which the customer must assemble or install and which have not been assembled or installed correctly due to the lack of instructions supplied with the goods.

 

In the case of a store purchase, the furniture installation service is based on an individual contract executed with the customer.

 

22. Payment methods

When purchasing goods on the website of JSC "Elit Electronics" you can pay using the following methods:

 

•             Payment by Visa / MasterCard card (online);

•             Online installments (TBC, BOG, BOG in installments, Credo)

Please note that items on the website can only be purchased with a Georgia bank card.

 

23. Legislative guarantee

If a fault is detected in the goods, the customer has the right to demand from "Elite" CJSC to eliminate the fault (free of charge repair or replacement of the goods, reduction of the price) or to refuse to fulfill the contract.

Repair and replacement of goods are the primary rights of the consumer. The Customer has the right to demand from Elit Electronics CJSC free repair or replacement of the goods, if this is impossible due to the nature of the goods or requires disproportionate or unreasonably high costs.

The goods must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time (30 calendar  days) so that the customer does not experience significant delay, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which they purchased the goods.

Free repair or replacement of goods means that JSC Elit Electronics will pay all costs (including postage, manpower and material costs) necessary to ensure that the goods comply with the terms of the contract.

The customer has the right to demand a reduction in the price of the goods or to withdraw from the contract if one of the following conditions exists:

(a) It is not possible to repair or replace the goods in accordance with the above;

b) JSC Elit Electronics failed to repair or replace the goods within a reasonable period of time, and the customer has lost interest in the fulfillment of the contract;

c) Repair or replacement of the product by JSC Elit Electronics will create a significant delay for the customer.

In case of termination of the contract, the customer has the right to demand compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract in accordance with the rules established by the legislation of Georgia.

The customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the defect of the goods is minor.

In determining whether costs are disproportionate or unreasonably high, the following conditions must be considered:

(a) The price of the goods or services, subject to the conditions stipulated in the contract;

(b) The extent to which the goods or services do not conform to the conditions specified in the contract;

c) the alternative possibility of eliminating the fault of the goods without delay for the customer.

The goods are covered by both legal and commercial warranties and the customer is entitled to benefit from the warranty in accordance with the terms of the warranty.

If the customer discovers a fault in the goods within 6 months of taking possession of the goods, until proven otherwise, it shall be presumed that the fault existed at the time of delivery of the goods, if this is possible based on the nature of the goods or the nature of the fault. In this case, the burden of proof is on the merchant. If the consumer discovers a fault in the goods after 6 months of taking possession of the goods, the burden of proof that the fault existed at the time of delivery of the goods lies with the consumer.  The customer has the right to exercise the rights under Articles 17 (Consumer Rights) and 19 (Commercial Guarantee) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act if the fault in the goods was discovered within 2 years after the goods were handed over to him. The action does not apply to the purchase of secondary goods. In the case of the purchase of such goods, the seller's liability in the case defined above is subject to individual agreement between the parties.

Warranty service will not be provided and will be void if:

•          When replacing an item, if the customer has not handed the item to an authorized service representative with a complete set, only the part of the item that was handed over will be replaced.

•          The legal and commercial warranty period of the equipment has expired;

•          The user cannot present the warranty document and it is otherwise impossible to identify the item;

•          Information in the warranty document has been deleted or altered and the item cannot otherwise be identified.

•          The data on the goods sold has been deleted, changed, modified, the serial number on the goods is not readable/removed and the goods cannot be identified in any other way.

•          The damage is caused by the removal of a seal;

•          Fault  is caused by physical impact and improper use;

•          damage is caused by lightning strike, penetration of foreign bodies and liquids, violation of operating conditions and storage rules;

•          Damage caused by unstable, high or low power supply;

•          The complaint is caused by a malfunction of the electronic network, or the mechanism is damaged through the fault of the customer;

•          installation or repair work carried out by other unauthorized persons resulting in damage to the item;

•          The purchased equipment was used for commercial and business purposes.

 

Warranty service is not provided if the number of pixels on your cell phone, tablet, camera, projector, monitor, TV is less than the number of pixels specified by the manufacturer.

24. Warranty/non-warranty service center

 

JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) is the official technical service company of JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID  202268928) network. The mentioned company provides both warranty and non-warranty services to customers.

Accordingly, in the event a fault in the product is discovered during the warranty period, in order to obtain warranty service, the customer must contact JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) to determine whether said fault is an original fault and, accordingly, whether it is covered by Georgia law and the LEGAL WARRANTY OF THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 However, for some types of equipment, JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) does not provide warranty and non-warranty service. In this case, the customer receives information from this warranty service card, which contains the address of the service center, the JSC Elit Electronics (ID 202268928) call center: (032) 2 48 48 48 in case of Bosch Tel: (032) 2 300 020
