The goods are considered to be in accordance with the terms of the contract, if they correspond to the description provided to the customer by JSC "Elit Electronics" and have the same properties that the sample of goods presented to the customer by JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID 202268928) had.

In the absence of the provided description, the goods are considered to be in accordance with the terms of the contract if they are useful for the purpose about which the customer informed JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID 202268928) during the conclusion of the contract and to which JSC "Elit Electronics" (IDC 202268928) agreed.

If the customer does not inform JSC "Elit Electronics" (ID 202268928) about the purpose for which he wants to use the goods, the goods are considered to be in accordance with the terms of the contract, if they are suitable for the purpose for which they are normally used.

 The seller shall not be held liable for a public announcement of goods or services if it proves that:

c) This statement could not influence the purchase of goods or services by the customer.

Our company is focused on customer satisfaction. We strongly request our customers to carefully check the packaging of the shipment before signing the relevant documents from the transport agent. In case of damage to the packaging of the shipment, the customer has the right not to accept the shipment from the transport company or to open the shipment together with the transport agent before handing over, to make sure that it is not damaged and the model and quantity is correct, and only after that to sign the document of delivery of the shipment.
