What is the delivery price?

Delivery price is determined by the volume of the purchase, delivery over 50 Gel is free, and up to 50 Gel delivery price is 5 Gel. The delivery fee does not depend on the delivery address

In how many days is the order delivered?

The standard delivery time in Tbilisi is 2-5 days. Delivery time may vary if items are transported between regions. You can see a more accurate delivery time after selecting a delivery address before completing your order.   

Is it possible to pick up the purchased item directly from the store?

Yes, while purchasing item you can select Store Pickup option and mark any of our stores. While choosing a store, please pay attention to the time at which the item can be taken out of the store.

Where are Elite Outlet Stores located?

Elite has 2 outlet stores. The address of the Tbilisi branch is Digomi, Agmashenebeli Alley 2a, the address of the Batumi branch is 20 Fridon Khalvashi.

Warranty terms may vary by brand and model. Detailed information is written on the warranty card, which was given to you at the time of purchase. The warranty card for the items purchased online will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you during authorization process.

What should I do if the item has a defect?

Does installment work during online shopping?

Yes, you can use installment when purchasing an item online. Currently, the following banks are offering installment on our online store:  "TBC Bank", "Bank of Georgia", "Credo Bank"

Is it possible to return the purchased item?

From June 1, only during online purchases, the customer has the right to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days. In such a case, the full cost of returning the item (transportation, dismantling, etc.) is paid by the customer. This condition does not apply to items with sales price under 30 (thirty) Gel.
